Reminders
Please do not forget to send in excuse notes after your student’s absence. The county is enforcing the policy of not allowing make up work to be recorded as grades for unexcused absences.
Our Veteran’s Day Assembly is on Friday at 1:30 p.m.
Students will attend the induction for National Elementary Honor Society on Thursday morning. This will be a great opportunity for them to learn more about our honor society! I told them that I am looking forward to seeing many of them inducted next year.

We will have a grammar test on Friday. We discussed that the five most common linking verbs are “am, is, are, was, were.” We distinguished the difference between action verbs and linking verbs.
